She Who Blooms & Moves
Hi, I’m Edee Bolton, a pre-and postnatal exercise specialist, personal trainer, and coach. I’ve been passionate about women’s health for over 15 years and hold a Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports Science from Otago University.
At She Who Blooms & Moves, my mission is to help you feel strong, supported, and celebrated through every stage of motherhood. Whether you're trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or embracing the challenges of motherhood later in life, this collective is all about nurturing your holistic well-being. I believe in empowering women to move with confidence and celebrate their journey—one step at a time.
This isn’t about “bouncing back”—it’s about honoring your body’s transformation and finding strength in every phase. Through movement, education, and a supportive community, we’ll work together to achieve your health and wellness goals, both physically and mentally.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me enjoying coffee, singing along to 90s pop songs, and petting the occasional stranger's dog. I’m so glad you’re here—let’s bloom and move together.
Love, Coach Edee

Rise & Move Bootcamp
After 10 sensational years of ACTIVE@thePark Bootcamp, we are stepping into a fresh new name that reflects the energy and purpose we bring each week. Rise & Move Bootcamp. The same welcoming environment, the same commitment to making movement accessible to all, just a name that better reflects who we are now and a part of the She Who Blooms & Moves Collective.
This name reflects rising to new challenges, moving with purpose and growing stronger together as a community.
Mumma's Move & Connect
After becoming a mum myself I was pondering the idea of how to help mothers feel better, less isolated and meet new people going through a similar life stage. I though about the power movement has physically, mentally & emotionally & my ability to bring groups together. So the idea that starting a weekly walk where pregnant mums or current mothers could come, move & connect with one another could be valuable in this space. 4 years on this small idea has taken off.
